When to test?

To ensure comprehensive monitoring, we recommend testing twice daily within these optimal time windows. Early morning testing is not advised. Each test is designed to detect LH levels at or above 30 mIU/ml, ensuring precise and timely results. For best performance, reduce your liquid intake two hours before testing. With this simple and effective tool, you're equipped to make informed decisions about your fertility.

How to do the test?

1. Remove the testing device from the foil pouch by tearing it at the notch. Hold the strip at the colored end. (Do not touch the arrow end, do not touch the test window/the middle part of the strip). Hold the strip vertically, immerse the end of the strip with the arrows into the specimen. Do not immerse past the MAX line.
2. Take the strip out when the sample has migrated to the test window (about 10 seconds). Lay the strip (MAX side facing up) flat on a clean, dry, non-absorbent surface. Read the result in 10 minutes, following instructions under the “What does the result mean?” section.
